Fordham Hill Farms is a small family run farm. We are maple producers, we also grow every fresh vegetables, and have a small apple, pear, plum, and cherry orchard. In the off season, my mother and I like to sew quilts, bags, and kitchen accessories.

We provide a diverse amount of vegetables and other local produce. Also we have baked goods for sale.

We enjoy growing vegetables and the grand kids are learning how things grow, from planting to weeding to harvest. I farm because I enjoy it.

Angel Acres Farm is a third generation farm owned by the Morrison Family. Our farm is focused on grass-fed beef, but we also produce pork and fall vegetables. We are interested in raising both our animals and produce in an ethical manner and producing a quality product for our customers. Our meat products are available year round while the pumpkins and squash are ready in the fall.

We are proud to be part of the local food system. We offer a variety of vegetables.

Our pigs are home grown and fed a healthy, balanced diet, including corn, soy, and important vitamins and minerals. We do not use growth-promoting antibiotics or hormones on any of our animals. Our animals' welfare is very important to us and we're happy to show you around if you'd like to see where your meat and eggs come from. Happy pigs make yummy pork. Also, try our beef, chicken, and rhubarb grown and raised by us.

We make the best tasting maple syrup, cream, and candy on Giffin Road at the Canton/Potsdam town line. We are NY State Grown and Certified. Syrup is available at the Mack Maple Supply on US 11. Come visit us at the Potsdam Farmers Market May through October or from the house.

Julia and her father is Paul Dominique, together with her two  brothers and two sisters run Dominique farm, producing various vegetables. They plant everything themselves, not using any pesticides and practice crop rotation. They sell, beans, melons, tomatoes, squash and more at Akwesasne, Canton, Massena, and Potsdam Farmers Markets. In 2021 due to unforeseen circumstances the family won't be vegetable farming. However they do have pig for sale.

Whitten Family Farm is a diversified family farm growing mostly open pollinated heirlooms for taste and nutrition. We grow our produce using the non-certified ORGANIC method and have signed the NOFA Farmer’s Pledge. We never use GMO seeds, synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides. Cover crops and rotational plantings help fortify the soil, and reduce weed, pest, and disease pressure. We also offer several options for CSAs and our products are available year round.

Northern Limits Farm offers grain and pasture finished beef, smoked dog bones, and pig ears. Retail beef can be purchased by the cut, or up to a half or whole cow in bulk. Our cows are grass based and grain finished for taste. Products available year round.

Milkweed Tussock Tubers (MTT) is a small scale, specialty organic potato company that strives to connect communities through regenerative agriculture. We have rare and unusual potatoes for consumption, native root crops, and certified disease-free seed potatoes. MTT is not only Real Organic Project certified, but we are also New York State's only women-led certified seed potato farm. We welcome both visitors and volunteers but for more information about our work/produce exchange program, please contact directly.

We have been growing produce and selling to St. Lawrence County residents for many, many years. 

Kent Family Growers offers a Summer Share (22 weeks from June to November). Customers can purchase either a Basic share, which is intended to feed a couple, or a Full Share, which is a good size for families who cook and eat a lot of vegetables. Winter shares are available in three share sizes (November through March). Flower shares begin in June and end in September.

Fuller's Farm offers CSA shares with a minimum length of 18 weeks. Customers can choose between a full, partial or senior/single share. Our vegetables are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides. CSA Shares can either be delivered for free in the Canton/Potsdam area or picked up at the farm or participating farmers markets.

Visit us at the Farmers Market or at our roadside stand in Hammond. We have maple syrup available all year. Vegetables are grown organically from organic seed.

Canton Apples grows modern apple cultivars but specialize in heirloom and uncommon varieties. Stop by the stand to pick up cider, apple juice, pre-picked apples, peaches, cherries, and blueberries (when in season). Fresh cider and cider blends with pear, cranberry, blueberry and raspberries are available seasonally.

Bittersweet Farm is a small-scale, diversified family farm. In business for 22 years, we provide community access to local, healthy, foods through our unique Workshare Warrior CSA. The Workshare Warrior CSA is now in its fourth year and is designed to promote access to local food without monetary exchange. Members come to Bittersweet for two hours a week, no experience required, participating in all aspects of the farm in exchange for a farm share.

We offer various CSAs-summer shares (Mid-June to Mid-October), students shares (September to December), winter shares (November to January), and flowers shares. Market Spend down is available (you pay ahead and shop from us at the farmers market).
