Our annual guide provides comprehensive informations and direction to the best resources for fresh, local food in and around the county.
Friend of the Market
As a Friend of the Market, GardenShare supports and promotes the county’s five farmers markets by allowing for debit, credit and SNAP purchases, training volunteers, and producing the Farmers Market Customer Guide to ensure customers understand and receive the various incentives and cost-sharing options available.
Community Networking and Planning
To help meet our joint mission of ensuring food access, as well as supporting the local food system, GardenShare serves on a number of local coalitions, workgroups and advisory councils, including, but not limited to:
- Local Food Advisory Group
