Formerly Fordham Hill Farms, now Hadfield's Farm and Sugar Brew is a small family run farm. We are NYS maple producers. We grow a wide variety of local fruits and vegetables. We bring fruit from Mexico, NY that can't be grown in the North Country. Fresh baked goods are available too.

Our roadside stand offers our in-season fruits and vegetables, organic chicken and duck eggs, wild harvests of leeks, ramps, and blackberries, as well as information about Tamworth pig and pork shares. We are using sustainable farming practices to regenerate marginal land and follow organic standards guided by our Farmer's Pledge. Foster the Plant is a plant-based, vegan cafe which utilizes locally sourced and organic produce as much as possible with menu options changing seasonally.

We provide a diverse amount of vegetables and other local produce. We also have baked goods for sale.

Adirondack Growers is a family-owned and operated business that focuses on the produce and landscape needs of the North Country.

Local products and unique books, maps, and more related to the Western Adirondack region. Some St. Lawrence County producers have partnered with this food distributor to now carry local eggs, milk, cheeses, meats and LOTS more produce - YEAR ROUND! We are also partnered with North Star Food Hub out of Lyons Falls, NY (Lewis County).

The ADK Food Hub showcases the bounty of products from local farms in their Farm to Table real food market and eatery. You are able to purchase prepared items such as salads and hot food, shop at the market, or pick up a CSA. In addition to the products listed below we also carry mushrooms, duck, carrots, and beets!

A cooperative member-owned grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.

Offering homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and freshly baked artisan bread, pizza and sweets. All made with whole ingredients in our Carriage House Bakery and Deli. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with local ingredients when available.

Farmers Market: Gouverneur, Potsdam

A family-owned orchard that provides a scenic backdrop for all types of apple pickers. Our u-pick and roadside stand are open in early September with many varieties of apples to pick or purchase ready for you. We offer eight varieties of apples, including Cortland, Gala, Macintosh, Liberty, and Honeycrisp.

Martin's Farmstand is unique; they are a one-stop shop for the homegrown products from several area farms. All growers farm by chemical free and non-GMO methods. We are a reasonable priced option (often equal to supermarket prices) for really good local food. Check our website or Facebook for more opening information.

Farmers Market: Canton

More than 36 varieties of apples are picked and sorted by our farm professionals from August to November. You can purchase apples by the 1/4 peck, 1/2 peck, peck, 1/2 bushel, and bushel. We do not sell drops. Our orchard is a NO U-PICK orchard. Come enjoy our hot cider donuts, other delicious bake goods and our award winning hard ciders. We will be open during September and October, Fridays through Sundays.

Goodwin's Orchard is a family run business conveniently located four miles from Potsdam. In addition to the products listed below we also have Indian Corn and gourds.

Applewood Orchards in Rensselaer Falls, NY offers a variety of activities for all age groups! You can enjoy picking quality grown local fruit, explore the corn maze, pick a pumpkin from our extensive pumpkin patch, explore the playground, or host your next work or family event.

Drumlin's End Farms is a small family run operation that has been certified organic since the 1980's near Massena. Our inputs are from the farm itself. Large portions of the farm are left "wild" to allow native species to return and prosper. We produce a variety of vegetables that are available during summer and fall. We are also Real Organic Project Certified.

In addition to honey, there is creamed honey and honeycomb along with a variety of vegetables. In August we hope to have tomatoes and in late September/early October apples will be ready.

The farm is located in the Adirondack Park of St. Lawrence County.

Canton Apples grows modern apple cultivars but specialize in heirloom and uncommon varieties. Stop by the stand to pick up cider, apple juice, pre-picked apples, NYS peaches, NYS plums, NYS nectarines, cherries, and blueberries (when in season). Fresh cider and cider blends with pear, cranberry, blueberry and raspberries are available seasonally.

Operating for 23 years, Bittersweet Farm, a small-scale, diversified family farm, works to restore ecosystems and feed neighbors. As we transition to a new ownership model, we are excited to offer more classes and educational opportunities in 2023. We provide community access to local, healthy, foods through our unique Workshare Warrior CSA. The Workshare Warrior CSA is designed to promote access to local food without monetary exchange. Members come to Bittersweet for two hours a week, no experience required, participating in all aspects of the farm in exchange for a farm share.
