Formerly Fordham Hill Farms, now Hadfield's Farm and Sugar Brew is a small family run farm. We are NYS maple producers. We grow a wide variety of local fruits and vegetables. We bring fruit from Mexico, NY that can't be grown in the North Country. Fresh baked goods are available too.

Our roadside stand offers our in-season fruits and vegetables, organic chicken and duck eggs, wild harvests of leeks, ramps, and blackberries, as well as information about Tamworth pig and pork shares. We are using sustainable farming practices to regenerate marginal land and follow organic standards guided by our Farmer's Pledge. A cooperative member-owned grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.

Offering homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and freshly baked artisan bread, pizza and sweets. All made with whole ingredients in our Carriage House Bakery and Deli. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with local ingredients when available.

Whitten Family Farm is a diversified family farm growing mostly open pollinated heirlooms for taste and nutrition. We grow our produce using the non-certified ORGANIC method and have signed the NOFA Farmer’s Pledge. We never use GMO seeds, synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides. Cover crops and rotational plantings help fortify the soil, and reduce weed, pest, and disease pressure. We also offer several options for CSAs and our products are available year round.

Martin's Farmstand is unique; they are a one-stop shop for the homegrown products from several area farms. All growers farm by chemical free and non-GMO methods. We are a reasonable priced option (often equal to supermarket prices) for really good local food. Check our website or Facebook for more opening information.

We have been growing produce and selling to St. Lawrence County residents for many, many years. 

Farmers Market: Canton

We started Kent Family Growers in 2003 with 1/2 an acre of land and served a few local food outlets. Currently we grow on over 20 acres, wholesale produce throughout NYS and operate a popular summer and winter CSA.  Summer Shares run about 22 weeks from June to November. Customers can purchase either a Basic Share, which is intended to feed a couple, or a Full Share, which is a good size for families who cook and eat a lot of vegetables. Winter shares are available in three share sizes (November through March). Flower shares begin in June and end in September.

Irish Hill Farm offers full or half CSA shares and accepts Bonus Bucks. Find them on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm in Wanakena, NY at Otto's Adobe during the summer season. CSA's can be picked up in Oswegatchie, Start Lake, Wanakena, Newton Falls, Cranberry Lake, and Harrisville.

Fuller's Farm has two high tunnels and we focus on growing early and late season greens, hydroponic tomatoes, lettuce, various herbs and a wide variety of typical summer season veggies.  Our vegetables are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides.

Drumlin's End Farms is a small family run operation that has been certified organic since the 1980's near Massena. Our inputs are from the farm itself. Large portions of the farm are left "wild" to allow native species to return and prosper. We produce a variety of vegetables that are available during summer and fall. We are also Real Organic Project Certified.

In addition to honey, there is creamed honey and honeycomb along with a variety of vegetables. In August we hope to have tomatoes and in late September/early October apples will be ready.

Visit us at the Farmers Market or at our roadside stand in Hammond. We have maple syrup available all year. Vegetables are grown organically from organic seed.

Operating for 23 years, Bittersweet Farm, a small-scale, diversified family farm, works to restore ecosystems and feed neighbors. As we transition to a new ownership model, we are excited to offer more classes and educational opportunities in 2023. We provide community access to local, healthy, foods through our unique Workshare Warrior CSA. The Workshare Warrior CSA is designed to promote access to local food without monetary exchange. Members come to Bittersweet for two hours a week, no experience required, participating in all aspects of the farm in exchange for a farm share.

Andrew Yoder Family offers a good variety of vegetables that are grown right here and picked fresh.

We have a large supply of pumpkins of all sizes and colors. We also have corn stalks, gourds and winter squash available. Al Marlow & Sons sell vegetables at a roadside stand in Ogdensburg, NY. 

We offer various CSAs-summer shares (Mid-June to Mid-October), students shares (September to December), winter shares (November to January), and flowers shares. Market Spend down is available (you pay ahead and shop from us at the farmers market).
