Hammond Backpack Program

The program is associated with the First Congregational Church of Morristown and currently distributes food to 19 families in the Hammond Central School District, although the list continues to grow each year.

How to Donate: Food donations can be dropped off at any of the following locations:
-Shirley Bogart, 36 South Main Street, Hammond
-First Congregational Church, 541 Sand Street, Brier Hill (Sundays only)
-Vintage Doors, 66 South Main Street, Hammond, (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

Checks can be made payable to the “First Congregational Church.” Please write “Hammond BackPack Program” on the memo line. Checks can be mailed to: Shirley Bogart, 36 South Main Street, Hammond, NY 13646.

What to Donate: Food: Dry goods/non-perishables, single-serving, Monetary Donations

Does not Accept: Food in glass containers
