ADK Food Hub

The ADK Food Hub showcases the bounty of products from local farms in their Farm to Table real food market and eatery. You are able to purchase prepared items or shop at the market or pick up a CSA.

Angel Acres Farm

Angel Acres Farm is a third generation farm owned by the Morrison Family. Our farm is focused on grass-fed beef, but we also produce pork and fall vegetables. We are interested in raising both out animals and produce in a ethical manner and producing a quality product for our customers. Our meat products are available year round while the pumpkins and squash are ready in the fall.

Pat and April's Pork

Our pigs are home grown and fed a healthy, balanced diet, including corn, soy, and important vitamins and minerals.  We do not use growth-promoting antibiotics or hormones. Our pigs are raised in a pleasant environment that we’d be happy to show you.  Happy pigs make yummy pork. Also, try our beef and chicken humanely raised by us.  Available year round.

Nature's Storehouse

Fresh, local, and organic produce available year-round. Homemade soups, salads, and sandwich wraps made fresh daily. Nature's Storehouse is well-stocked with healthy whole foods, supplements and clean-ingredient body products that nourish you through and through.

Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli

A cooperative member-owned grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.

Offering homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and freshly baked artisan bread, pizza and sweets. All made with whole ingredients in our Carriage House Bakery and Deli. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with local ingredients when available.

Whitten Family Farm

Whitten Family Farm offers different options for CSAs. Bonus Bucks accepted. We grow our produce using the Non-certified ORGANIC method and have signed the NOFA Farmer’s Pledge. We never use GMO seeds, synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. Cover crops and rotational plantings help fortify the soil, and reduce weed, pest and disease pressure.

Kilian Biohof

The Kilian Biohof raises NOFA_NY certified organic animals ready to butcher. As well as all natural, free range pigs. USDA inspected beef and pork.

Gramma's Grass Acres

8 O'Clock Ranch

They offer year round local meat service in which customers can choose between mixed, beef, chicken, lamb, duck and pork and custom cuts. 8 O'Clock Ranch sells Community Supported Shares (CSA), online, and from the ranch store.

Bittersweet Farm

Bittersweet Farm is accepting members for their 2021 Workshare Warrior Community Supported Agricultural (CSA). A program designed to promote access to local food without monetary exchange, the Workshare is now in its third year. Members come to Bittersweet for two hours a week, participating in all aspects of the farm in exchange for a farm share. Shares include seasonal produce and products - depending on the time of year, members may get eggs, mixed greens, potted plants, meats, fruits, vegetables or herbs.
